Social Enterprise Summit 2017 @ Sham Shui Po Hackathon Build a Better Community through Business-Social Collaboration
Collaboration Partner: Federation of Hong Kong Industries
Date: 30 October 2017 (Monday) Time: 3-6pm Venue: Federation of Hong Kong Industries (31/F Billion Plaza, 8 Cheung Yue Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon) Who Should Join: Social Enterprises, NGOs, community stakeholders and businesses in Sham Shui Po District
Sham Shui Po District is characterised by its extensive and multi-faceted industrial and commercial activities for many decades. Despite the ageing population and changing community landscape, Sham Shui Po has nurtured a variety of social innovations that mobilise community resources to improve the neighbourhood. In recent years, it is increasingly believed that industries and businesses can play a significant role in improving communities when they shift from conventional “Corporate Social Responsibility” to “Creating Shared Values” with their core business strengths. We cordially invite social enterprises, NGOs, community stakeholders and businesses in Sham Shui Po District to join us in this Hackathon to explore community resources and formulate business-social collaboration projects with Design Thinking to build a better community together.
