To promote intergenerational inclusiveness and encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle, Young & Old Campus gathered a group of "Young Old" to deliver a 30 minute fitness training workshop to primary school students. Throughout the workshop, students engaged in a warm-up session, three fitness games, and a cooldown stretching session. By bringing together young old participants and primary school students, the workshop successfully fostered connections between different generations and created an inclusive environment. The activities also emphasized the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

The event was co-organised with Golden Age Foundation and sponsored by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, HKSAR.
