Workshop: Accredited B Corp Consultant Training Program

Global capitalism is in deep crisis. But up to this moment, there are no alternatives to the capitalist system. From our assessment of various movements’ appeals, formats and potential impact, we believe that the B Corp movement is by far the most promising and scalable in terms of inspiring and supporting a large group of enterprises to lead the global transformation of the capitalist system. In Hong Kong, the B Corp movement is in an infant stage. As of 1st December, 2019, there are only 9 Certified B Corps, compared to 25 in Taiwan and 15 in mainland China. From our experience in promoting B Corps in the past few years, one of the major challenges is the lack of suitably trained and qualified B Corp consultants to provide advice and assistance to companies aspiring to become Certified B Corps. This training program is set up to bridge the gap.

There are three key elements of the programme:

• Guided self-study

• Experiential training workshops

• Practice with coaching support
