Wan Chai Golden-age Dynamic Ambassador aimed to promote physical health of Young Old, whose age above 45, and communication and interaction between young old and children through fitness. This programme equipped them with knowledge of fitness, exercises, and stretching, and provided them an opportunity to design a training programme for primary school students and teach them during PE lesson.
This programme was co-organised by Golden Age Foundation and sponsored by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, HKSAR.
