Is Kwun Tong just a typical industrial district? Kwun Tong was initially an official salt pond before it turned into the largest industrial area in East Kowloon. The large-scale reclamation after the war has changed the fate and shaped the present form of Kwun Tong - substantial population growth, emergence of industries, a large number of public facilities and buildings in the area...The tour will start from the factories with outstanding appearance and finish at the waterfront, during which we will catch a glimpse of the dramatic changes in Hong Kong's post-war social life and urban planning.

Yu Man Square → Tung Yan Street Interim Hawker Bazzar → Kwun Tong Industrial Centre → Camel Paint Building → Wai Yip Street Industrial Building → Kwun Tong Promenade → Vesse l → Kai Tak Cruise Terminal (view from the Kwun Tong Promenade) → Kowloon Flower Mills

N.B. The itinerary is approximately the same as above. The whole journey takes about 2 hours. The tour guide can adjust the relevant itinerary/order of scenic spots according to the weather and actual needs of the day.
