The tour led the students from Rhenish Church Pang Hok Ko Memorial College to explore the historic streets of To Kwa Wan, along To Kwa Wan Road and the 13 Streets Area, so that the participating students would understand the relationship between the landmarks of the area and people’s lives in the old To Kwa Wan.
