Tsz Wai LOONG

Mr Loong Tse Wai is a young change-maker with over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector. He is currently working on community support agricultural projects whilst living in a rural village on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. He is a Hong Kong Jockey Club Chicago Booth Executive MBA Scholar, and a veteran campaigner in policy advocacy specializing in community engagement projects built around a design thinking process. He is a key opinion leader in the non-profit sector related to air quality policy and sustainability. His functional expertise lies in stakeholder management, including government officials, Legislative Council members, corporates, academics, media and social enterprises, with significant experience in project management, media relations and public speaking. He is also an op-ed writer at South China Morning Post and Hong Kong Economic Journal, authoring on  topics regarding community building, planning and housing policy.
