Innovation Consultant, Education for Good, HK & Co-founder, Nature Bathing, HK

Ms Tracy Wong is the Innovation Consultant at Education for Good, a training and consultancy firm for innovation. She provides training, coaching and hackathons to listed companies, NGOs and startups as well as facilitates teams in accelerating innovation, leveraging on Design Thinking and Lean Startup approaches. Before working in the consultancy, she was responsible for marketing at a 500-Startups company specialised in travel technology. She later founded her own tech startup offering smart booking solutions for shared spaces.

She represented Hong Kong in an 18-day Antarctica expedition and gained first-hand experience of the impact of climate change. She graduated from The University of Hong Kong, majoring in Ecology & Biodiversity. Being passionate about environment protection, she co-founded the social enterprise “Nature Bathing” which offers nature wellness programmes for urban citizens to de-stress, and cultivates environmental awareness.
