Tom CHAN

Manager of Social Enterprise Business Centre, Hong Kong Council of Social Service, HK

Tom is currently the project manager of Social Enterprise Business Centre (SEBC) under the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). He is responsible for the incubation programme of the projects funded by SIE Fund in which HKCSS is one of the intermediaries. Since 2015, over 50 innovative projects have been incubated.
