Roshini PRAKASH

Ms Roshini Prakash is the Chief Knowledge Officer at AVPN. In this role, she leads research and capacity-building for the AVPN community. This encompasses conducting landscape research on the needs, gaps and opportunities for investment across various impact areas, as well as undertaking monitoring and evaluation activities. She also oversees the AVPN Academy, the region’s only practitioner-focused platform for cross-cutting social investment learning.

With close to 20 years of experience in research, strategy and advocacy across the non-profit and international development sectors, she is a strong believer in multi-stakeholder and cross-sector collaboration.

She has a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. She also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Red Cross Home for the Disabled.
