Professor Christine Loh is Chief Development Strategist at the Institute for the Environment, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She was a legislator in Hong Kong and was the Under Secretary for The Environment in the HKSAR Government. She is currently on the boards of New Forests Pty Ltd, CDP Worldwide, Global Maritime Forum, and the Robert HN Ho Family Foundation. She is also an advisor to the Hong Kong Green Finance Association, HSBC’s Climate Advisory Panel, and BASF’s Stakeholder Advisory Council.

She has extensive experience in policy, politics, business and non-profit work. She is also the author of publications that cover environment, history and political development.
