Mr Michael Bray is Special Advisor to the CEO of Value Reporting Foundation (VRF). He leads on VRF relationships with major accounting firms and integrated reporting assurance. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Professor of Practice (Integrated Reporting) at Deakin University, and Project Executive for the Australian Business Reporting Leaders Forum. He was an audit partner of KPMG (1989 - 2016), Executive Partner of KPMG’s Global and Australian Energy & Natural Resources groups (2001 - 2010), and a member of IIRC Board of Directors (2017 - 2020).
