Commended by the Chief Executive for her outstanding contribution, Lynn has a deep passion in cross-sector connections and application of the arts in education, using “action research” to elicit the best from different disciplines for co-inspiration. She has worked relentlessly for over 20 years to develop creative mindsets, leading to better wellbeing in young people and professionals, from primary school to tertiary level and also in training the trainers.

AFTEC is an award-winning NGO supported by private and public sponsors and strategic partners. It pioneered many innovative projects and over the years, has developed a creative learning model for generic application.
