LI Kin Man

Principal, Salesians of Don Bosco Ng Siu Mui Secondary School, HK

After serving as a social worker in the Youth Outreaching Program, Principal Li then started his new career as a teacher in a secondary school. In his twentyish teaching path, he has participated in the Annual Teacher Secondment Exercise in EDB in facilitating school development, and also CEATE assessment panels. Principal Li was also employed as a part-time lecturer in the School of Continuous Education of Hong Kong Baptist University endeavouring to provide trainings for kindergarten principals and counselling staff from primary and secondary schools.

Principal Li believes that every kid loves learning - he puts all his effort into improving the quality of education, and students’ whole-person development. Better still, Principal Li pays attention to the academic and career development of the students from the grassroots and minorities in order to facilitate innovative education and to nurture our future leaders.
