Mr Kiran Nepali, a versatile Sarangi player from Nepal, has performed globally in 16 countries, gracing international stages with notable artists. Advocating for cross-cultural musical collaboration through initiatives like Playing for Change and One Beat International, he emphasises skill-based education in folk instruments, nurturing a love for traditional music, and enriching music education and social development. In 2014, Kiran initiated "Project Sarangi" to revive the dwindling art of Sarangi. It aims to preserve the folk instrument's legacy, promote cultural re-engagement, and introduce Nepal's musical heritage worldwide. This endeavour impacts over 2500 individuals, marking Kiran's substantial contribution to social and cultural development.
