Head of HKCSS-HSBC Social Enterprise Business Centre The Hong Kong Council of Social Service

Ms Jessica Tam is the Head of HKCSS-HSBC Social Enterprise Business Centre (SEBC), the first tripartite platform in HK in driving social change and advocating social innovations

She has been initiating in a wide range of cross-sectoral initiatives, including the set up of SEBC, the production of Social Enterprise Directory and annual SE landscape study, the set up of two social enterprise projects ‘Good Goods’ and ‘ACT Social Awareness Network’ and the DBS Social Enterprise Advancement Grant.

She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Social Entrepreneurship Executive Programme of INSEAD Business School. Prior to her current position, she served as a Policy & Research Officer in HKCSS and tertiary Institutes with a focus on poverty, employment and regional development.
