Mr Ian Li graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Master's Degree in Cultural Management, then joined the Roundtable Network responsible for youth, arts and culture, education affairs and children's rights in the organisations. He organised youth-oriented programmes. He is the co-founder of Handy Music providing musical therapy to children with special needs. He also co-founded Travel Kind, which raises community funds via organising in-depth tours.
