Evony TSANG

Evony is the founder of the social enterprise, SERcle. She organizes innovative learning experiences to train Hong Kong's youth in future elements and 6C skills. She also serves as a committee member for the Kowloon City District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee (2023-2025) and is familiar with youth education matters in the area. Since 2016, she has been devoted to participating in local social services and education work and has been committed to promoting social innovation development in Hong Kong by bringing together government, business, social, civic, and academic sectors. Evony was a mentor for one of the intermediaries of the Hong Kong Government's Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund. She has trained and led young social entrepreneurs to successfully start businesses in various fields, including artificial intelligence, local fisheries and revitalization, youth advancement and development, and sustainable development-related issues. Evony has provided social entrepreneurship and innovation education training to local tertiary institutions, secondary and primary schools, including CUHK, HKUSPACE, IVE, and more than 30 secondary and primary schools, reaching thousands of young people and was granted the Certificate for Module (Management for Social Enterprises). She is familiar with how to systematically implement social innovation in education and is one of the designers and organizers of “SE-BoK & Experiential Learning” for youth. She has also assisted in strategic visioning training to top management and frontline social workers of non-profit organizations and charity organizations, including The Salvation Army and HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre, includes hoshin plan, social impact measurement and strategic planning.
