Dr Eddy LEE

Founder, 350HK

Dr Eddy Lee graduated from University of Hong Kong (HKU) and obtained his PhD from the University of New South Wales. He had been a science teacher, Assistant Curator of the HK Science Museum, Senior Scientific Officer of the HK Observatory, and Director of the HKU Centre for International Programmes.

For his works in promoting public understanding of science, he received “Ten Outstanding Young Persons’ Award” in 1985. He is a prolific writer with over 40 books published.

In 2015, he founded the environmental organization “350hk” which aims at educating and mobilising the public in the fight against climate change.
