Dr CHUNG Kim-wah

Adjunct Associate Professor, Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences, Caritas Institute of Higher Education, HK

Dr Kim-wah Chung has been the Assistant Professor of the Department of Applied Social Sciences, Hong Kong Polytechnic University before his retirement from the post in January 2020. He was also the Director of the Centre for Social Policy Studies of the Department of APSS from 2009 to 2020. With his expertise in Social Policy and Public Administration, he has extensive teaching experiences on related subjects. He has actively involved in the professional community, as board and committee members of various NGOs and public bodies. He is also an advisory member to various innovative social service projects. Upon his retirement, he joined the Hong Kong Public Opinion Research Institute (PORI), first as Deputy Director and now the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He is also the Adjunct Associate Professor of the Felizberta Lo Padilla Tong School of Social Sciences, Caritas Institute of Higher Education.
