Andy NG

Chairman, Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprises Limited

Mr Andy Ng is the chairman and the founding member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprises Limited (HKGCSE). He is also the former chief executive of The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong.

He has been actively participating in community services. Presently, he is the chairman of the Social Work Department Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Baptist University, adviser of the Office of the Ombudsman, Hong Kong, member of the Post-Release Supervision Board, observer of the Independence Police Complaints Council.

He graduated from the social work bachelor degree program from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He respectively completed his master degrees in social work at Columbia University in New York City, and in public sector management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He acquired his third master degree in criminology from the University of Hong Kong.
