Nan LI COLLINS

Head of UNDPSDG Impact Finance, UNSIF

Nan Li Collins has 20 years' experiences in both private and public sector across Asia, Africa and North America.  She is currently the Head of UNDP SDG Impact Finance (UNSIF), based in Bangkok, Thailand.  Prior to that, she was heading UNDP’s South-South Cooperation in Asia Pacific.

Before moving to Bangkok in 2014, Nan worked in UNDP Africa Bureau as Country Advisor in New York, providing policy advisory and oversight to a portfolio of countries in Eastern and Southern Africa.  She also worked in the UNDP Executive Office in NY, responsible for strategic planning, organizational performance, and the annual results report to the Executive Board.  Before New York, she worked in UNDP Regional Center for Eastern and Southern Africa, focusing on regional integration, private sector development, Public-Private Partnership and South-South Cooperation.

Before joining UNDP, Nan spent 10 years in a few multinational corporations in China, Japan, and the USA, covering Public-Private Partnerships, market entry, investment strategy, Merger and Acquisition, and business development.  

Nan holds MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
