Ms. Ada NG

As Director, Corporate Affairs & Philanthropies, Ada’s key objective is to realize Microsoft’s global mission – to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more – in a diversified and inclusive way locally. Ada owns, drives and promotes Microsoft Philanthropies initiatives, including but not limited to Technology for Good Program for NGOs, YouthSpark & GirlSpark Programs for local youths, to build social impact and advocate diversity & inclusion in Hong Kong Community. She also engages and nurtures Microsoft’s relationships with key external elites in line with Microsoft’s business and philanthropic strategies.

Before joining Microsoft, Ada had been working in CLP Power, AIA International and Samsung Electronics.  With more than 10 years in CSR roles, Ada has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement including working with Government, academia and NGOs.  She is also a part-time instructor at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, CUHK.

Ada attained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Adelaide.
