Mr Casper Ng oversees the engagement of the membership base, contributing partners and stakeholders of raiSE. He also spearheads capacity building for social enterprises to drive impact and growth. Before this, he served as Head (Social Finance) to oversee the evaluation of grants and investments. Before raiSE, he pioneered Pumpkin Lab at the National Council of Social Service, to effect human-centred, sustainable and scalable social solutions via design-led innovation for the social service sector. At the Ministry of Transport, he focussed on land transport policy, international relations and organisational excellence. He was the Executive Director at THR 454 Investment Pte Ltd, managing portfolios ranging from start-ups, mature companies and properties. In his personal capacity, Casper serves as chairman on the board of a charity/society.
