Alison TSOI

Ms Alison Tsoi is a versatile and dynamic lawyer who engages in multi-jurisdictional work and has had experience working in Hong Kong, London and Beijing.

She currently serves as Legal Counsel at Kerry Holdings Limited, the investment holding company of Kuok Group which is a multinational conglomerate. She is primarily responsible for advising on the legal and regulatory affairs of the investment, financing and corporate work of Kerry Holdings and its affiliated entities. Prior to joining Kerry Holdings, she worked at Slaughter and May focusing on corporate and cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures and other corporate exercises.

She is a member of the International Legal Affairs Committee and the In-House Lawyers Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is also the Honorary Legal Advisor of HandsOn Hong Kong (registered charity) and a member of the Young Patrons Committee of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws (PCLL) from the University of Hong Kong. She is a qualified Hong Kong solicitor.
