Young Entrepreneur Showcase

In recent years, numerous aids areavailable to encourage young people to explore innovation and start their business. Among which, the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) provides, through innovative programmes designed and delivered by intermediaries it engages, funding and diverse support to social entrepreneurs.

Since its inauguration, the SIE Fund has nurtured many social entrepreneurs whose innovative ideas, products and services address social needs and create social value. The SIE Fund is hosting a “Young Entrepreneur Showcase” on the third day of the International Symposium of the Social Enterprise Summit this year. It aims to enable the public to have a better understanding of the aspirations of these young social entrepreneurs and to inspire more young people to become social innovators.

Corporations, investors and philanthropies are welcome to exchange views with the young socialentrepreneurs and explore opportunities for collaboration.
