Professor Alfred Tat-Kei Ho is the Department Head of Public & International Affairs at City University of Hong Kong and a leading scholar in public administration. He has actively pursued multi-disciplinary research related to government performance management, e-government, and citizen engagement. Many of his publications are the results of academic-practitioner collaboration, including collaboration with Chinese and U.S. local governments, as well as with national and international organizations, such as the China Development Research Foundation and the Asian Development Bank. His current research projects focus on fiscal resilience, technology-enabled inclusive engagement,and urban transformation in Sham Shui Po District.
